Shank, Executive Producer, Writer
Earl Shank producer, writer, personal manager are some of the areas that
comprise a list of credits. Shank has involved himself as a Producer/Writer
in numerous projects ranging from stage, Off-Off-Broadway, etc., to producing
a television pilot entitled The New York Party. Shank has completed work
as a producer for the television pilot entitled 21st Century Man, a weekly
newsmagazine for A-1 Productions as well as the independent film Myopia.
Shank, in a long-term association with director William Gove, accomplished
the endeavor of producing the soon to be released motion picture Michael
Angel. Shank is currently producing the feature film Skies ‘A Fallin’,
a character driven film adapted from the award winning play that has
been acclaimed in the timeless Tennessee Williams tradition.
Shank has written numerous
screenplays which include: Decadence, Collision,
as well as The Ohio Project. Decadence focuses on
the music industry and includes looks at film, modeling,
success, power, and wealth. It is ideally suited
for a Movie-of-the-Week that can also serve as a
television pilot. Collision, a feature film project,
is a passionate love story and action thriller set
in a searing, powerful milieu of intrigue and mystique
that best exemplifies the film noir tradition. The
Christmas Star is a story of a young girl’s
struggle for survival. A family oriented film of
love, faith, and courage that reaches out to all
ages, destined to become a classic.
Shank also wrote Magdalen, and original Broadway musical drama that focuses
on the early life of Mary Magdalen, particularly the women behind the
legend. Magdalen covers the story that precedes the legend and recounts
the great love of Mary and Marcus, a love so powerful that the world
will remember forever. At present, Shank is conferring with composers
to develop the musical score for the planned Broadway musical production.
Shank has been a member of
THE NATIONALCONFERENCE of PERSONAL MANAGERS, East
and West Coast Division, for over ten years. The
organization has a client list that ranges from Matt
Dillon and Steven Baldwin the Andy Griffith. In 1989,
Shank’s peers elected him to the Board of Directors
where he remains active in the organization’s
operations.
Shane Jude, Director/Composer
Shane Jude can only be accurately described as a
creative giant. Born in Belize, Mr. Jude came to
the
U.S. as a teenager and never looked back. Mr. Jude
plays over a dozen instruments and posesses an in
depth technical knowlede of all things film and music
related. He has worked as a composer and music
prodcuer with some of he biggest names in Hollywood,
most recently with Tony Kaye of American History
X
fame. Shane has directed several short films and
music
videos "Situation Zero" being his most
recent
directing project. Combining his musical genious
and
an impeccable sense of timing to create some of the
most unique and outstanding work in Hollywood. Mr.
Jude is attached to direct and score the Making of
a
Legend, where he will utilize the full range of his
exeptional talent.
Steve Cristescu, Executive
Producer, Writer
Steve Cristescu was born
in Transylvania Romania and immigrated to the United
States in 1994.
He moved
to Los Angeles after graduating from Michigan State
University in 2001. A published writer of fiction
and poetry, Steven has worked on several scripts,
including the "Making of a Legend", and
has penned four feature length Screenplays of his
own, one of which, "Darwin Cowboy" is currently
in pre-production. Mr. Cristescu produced his first
original film, "Bad Customer" in 2005.
Steven is a fast rising creative producer, combining
exceptional creativity, with hands on production
experience.
Matthew Benton,
Executive Producer
With a career in marketing and advertising over 11 years, Matthew Benton
has worked with and garnered the respect of some of the top companies
and corporations. He has been successful as one of the top sales executives
in print media in Los Angles working as Senior Account Director for Angeleno
Magazine under Modern Luxury, Inc. and Group Publisher for Guest Informant,
which he has built a network of investors and marketing partners. Matthew
possesses expansive knowledge on how to position a production company
as a marketing vehicle and maximize all means of saturation through promotion
and distribution as well as paid-product placement. Mr. Benton is also
the Executive Producer for Zack’s BBQ, a new late night talk format
taken out the studio into the reality of Hollywood’s elite backyard
party scene.
